Qualifications:
● Licensed Midwife
● IELTS or OET Passer*
o IELTS: at least 6.5 in Writing and at least 7.0 in
Listening, Reading and Speaking
o OET: at least C+ in Writing and at least B in Listening,
Reading and Speaking
● At least 1 year of post-license hospital experience
● No more than 18 months of work gap
*Non-IELTS / OET Passer may also apply, but must be willing to take
the IELTS / OET exam after successfully passing the employer
interview

Salary Offer and Benefits Package:
● Band 3 starting salary (21,777GBP ~ 1,444,000PHP+ per annum)
● Band 5 salary upon NMC admission to the register (25,655GBP ~
1,701,000PHP+ per annum)|
● Starting salary of £21,777 per annum then Band 5 Salary of £25,655 per annum after passing the OSCE

o Reimbursable costs:
● *1x attempt of IELTS/OET
● *1x attempt of CBT
● *First NMC Application Fee
● IOM (TB Test)

o Cover the costs of:
● *2-3 attempts for taking OSCE + accommodation and/or
transportation fees (if applicable)
● Certificate of Sponsorship
