How To Use the Abba.ph Apply Online System

ALL applicants of Abba Personnel Services, Inc. are required to create an account in the Abba.ph Apply Online System. Having an account in the System allows an applicant to apply and monitor his / her application status, wherever or whenever convenient.

It doesn’t take rocket science to use it! Here’s a foolproof step-by-step guide on how you can apply through the System:

  1. Go to https://applicant.abba.ph.

  2. Click the “Sign Up” tab at the upper right hand corner of the screen. This will lead you to the Abba.ph Apply Online Sign-Up Sheet.

  3. Answer all of the Sign-Up Sheet’s required fields correctly and completely.

  4. Click the blue “Sign Up” button at the lower right hand corner. This will lead you to the Abba.ph Apply Online Application Form.

  5. Accomplish all of the Application Form’s required fields correctly and completely. The Application Form is divided into the following steps:

    • Step 1: Personal Information
    • Step 2: Education Information
    • Step 3: Work Information
    • Step 4: Examinations Taken
    • Step 5: Other Information
    • Step 6: Personal References

    Completely accomplished Application Forms get much faster feedback than incomplete ones, so do not leave anything unanswered! A blue and / or green button at the end of each step should be able to guide you on what to do next.

  6. Once you’ve completed Step 6, click the blue “Save and View Vacancies” button at the bottom. This will lead you to Abba’s complete list of Vacancies.

  7. Vacancies marked with green checks at their leftmost side are those that you can apply to. Use your device’s “Find” or “Search” function to easily look for a vacancy. You can check the details of a Vacancy by clicking the “View” link at its rightmost side. This will lead you to the Details page of the selected Vacancy.

  8. The Details page includes information on the Vacancy’s:
    a. Position
    b. Employer
    c. Country
    d. Area / State
    e. POEA Accreditation Number
    f. Description (Vacancies, Qualifications, Hospital Description, Benefits, Contact Details)

  9. If you would like to appy to a Vacancy, you can click the blue “Apply to Vacancy” button at the end of the page. This will lead you to your account’s Home Page.

  10. Your account’s Home Page shows the application / s that you currently have. It shows each of your application’s:
    a. Application Status
    b. Vacancy ID
    c. Position
    d. Employer
    e. Country
    f. Area

    It also shows a “View Vacancy” link where you can recheck the details of the Vacancy that you’ve applied to.

  11. Once you’re done, you can click the “Log Out” tab at the upper right hand corner of the page.

  12. You can visit your account every now and then to check any change in the Application Status. Go to https://applicant.abba.ph then click the “Log In” tab at the upper right hand corner. This will lead you to the Abba.ph Apply Online Log-In page.

  13. Input your Email and Password in their respective fields then click the blue “Log In” button. This will lead you to your account’s home page.

  14. If you have not received any feedback yet, please feel free to call (+63)2 8584-8215 / (+63)2 8554-0556 / (+63)2 8234-5833. You may also use the Contact Details included in the Vacancy Details page of the vacancy that you’ve applied to.

Other Items to Prepare

Accomplishing your Application Form is just one of the many things that you need to do / prepare before walking in! Make sure you have the following documents BEFORE you proceed to an initial face-to-face interview in Abba. Not having them may prevent
you from getting pre-screened by our Recruiter or Nurse Consultant.

  • 2x2 inches colored ID picture
  • Updated detailed resume with job description / s
  • Passport copy
  • Certificates of Employment
  • 2 Reference / Recommendation Letters
  • College Diploma
  • Transcript of Records / Related Learning Experience
  • Certificates of latest Trainings / Seminars
  • PEOS Online Certificate (take the PEOS here: http://www.peos.poea.gov.ph/professionals/)

And if applicable,

  • PRC License ID copy (front and back)
  • PRC Board Rating
  • PRC Board Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Other relevant Certificates (ie: SCFHS ID and Certificate, Prometric Certificate)
