  • Ophthalmology - Optometrist
Qualifications:
· Currently employed in a 100+ bedded and JCI-Accredited hospital
· Not less than 4 years’ recent experience in the same department without any gap
· Must have a valid BLS, ACLS and PALS
· Prefers female applicants
· Prefers DOH/HAAD Passers

Possible Responsibilities:
  • Eye Exams: Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health.
  • Vision Correction: Prescribe glasses and contact lenses based on individual needs.
  • Diagnosis: Detect and manage eye conditions like glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
  • Treatment: Provide treatments for common eye issues, such as dry eye or eye infections.
  • Patient Education: Advise patients on proper eye care, hygiene, and lifestyle choices to maintain healthy vision.
  • Referral: Refer patients to ophthalmologists for advanced medical or surgical treatment when necessary.
  • Vision Therapy: Offer treatment for binocular vision problems or eye coordination issues.
  • Follow-up Care: Monitor patients' progress and adjust prescriptions or treatment plans as needed.

Salary and Benefits Package:
