Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Minimum of two years of relevant service-related experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Physical ability to perform technical tasks, including climbing stairs/ladders
- Knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, medical gas, electrical distribution, and utility systems
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as NFPA, JCAHO
