JOB DESCRIPTION:
- source suitable applicants for various vacancies of clients through responses from advertisements, hospital or establishment calling, referrals, and flyers
- conduct screening and initial interviews of applicants based on a set of requirements provided by the client
- orient suitable applicants on the client's profile, vacancies, salary, benefits, and life abroad
- line-up applicants for clients' scheduled interviews with the agency
- process and deploy applicants who are given an employment offer
- liaise with the applicant, POEA Processing Specialist, visa team, and client to meet the target deployment date
- handle Western / Middle Eastern accounts
