JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • source suitable applicants for various vacancies of clients through responses from advertisements, hospital or establishment calling, referrals, and flyers
  • conduct screening and initial interviews of applicants based on a set of requirements provided by the client
  • orient suitable applicants on the client's profile, vacancies, salary, benefits, and life abroad
  • line-up applicants for clients' scheduled interviews with the agency
  • process and deploy applicants who are given an employment offer
  • liaise with the applicant, POEA Processing Specialist, visa team, and client to meet the target deployment date
  • handle Western / Middle Eastern accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
