Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Preferably with Local and Overseas Staff Nurse experience
• Preferably with teaching experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong office

Responsibilities

• Design materials to prepare applicants for their employer interview
• Conduct mock clinical interviews with candidates shortlisted for employer interviews
• Attend meetings with the Operations Team to discuss Recruitment Managers' needs from partner employers, gaining understanding of client’s manpower requirements
• Collaborate with the Operations Department to market clients' manpower needs from a Nursing perspective
• Familiarize with current online platforms frequently visited by Nurses to understand their application behavior
• Engage with various Nurse organizations to understand industry issues and explore opportunities for Abba's involvement in promoting the Nursing profession and curriculum
• Establish relationships with Senior High Schools to promote Nursing as a future profession
• Foster connections with Universities offering Nursing programs and participate in yearly career talks about the Nursing profession
• Collect feedback from select candidates after each campaign to evaluate the adequacy of pre-interview preparation and identify areas for improvement in future campaigns
