Guam Regional Medical City (GRMC) is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. This person is responsible for assisting physicians while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions. He/she will administer medication, monitor and record patient progress, and educate families and the patient as needed. 

The ideal candidate will display compassion, education, proficiency and experience while assisting the patient. This critical role assists in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Requirements: 
 

  • Bachelor's degree and a license to practice nursing in the state requiredMinimum 2 years bedside experience for inpatient nurses and 2 years of direct experience in the other specialties
  • with no significant employment gaps (not exceeding 1 year).
  • Licensure: Must have passed the NCLEX exam or be in the process of completing it to be eligible for aninterview. (Employment offers will only be extended to candidates who have passed the NCLEX.)
  • Language Proficiency: Willingness to take the IELTS is mandatory, as IELTS, visa screening, and other USCIS requirements are required.

Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary from $31–$67 per hour depending on years of experience. The salary may increase upon deployment, and a revised offer will be provided on the nurse's first day of employment with GRMC.
